I love the OPA858 with it's high bandwidth, slew rate, low noise voltage density and low input capacitance.

Does TI have an op-amp with similar specs to the ones I listed but that runs off higher supply voltages?

Well Kenneth, there is a direct tradeoff at the process level for speed vs breakdown voltage, you might look at the OPA847

Or actually if you want to stick with CMOS or JFET input, there is a new one in the OPA818
