VCA824: RF(feedback registance) value

Hi,

Will you tell me the frequency response data about "RF" (feedback) value?

According to the datasheet, I suppose that "453ohm" seems to be best value about 2V/V and "402ohm" seems to be best for over 10V/V.

Is my understanding correct?

Hello Takumi-san,

Yes, your understanding is correct. These are the values used when specifying this device, so it would be the optimal value for those gains. Also, the maximum gain is set by both external resistors: RF and RG. This is equal to 2x (RF/RG). I would suggest using both the RF and RG values that were used for those gains when characterizing this device.
