I am only familiar with LTspice, i am wondering any of your models can work in LTspice?

If yes, do you have instructions how to import in LTspice?

Shengnan,

Our PSPICE models should be able to be imported into LTspice via LTSpice's import features.

There is another forum post here that explains more in depth how to import one of these models.
