Our customer want to confirm whether TLV3702QDRG4Q1 meet the SEU conditions , if yes , could you provide the SEU report ?

    Hello Guangyan,

    Radiation testing is not part of the AEC Q100 automotive specification, so radiation testing is not done.

    Only space grade devices receive radiation testing.

    We do not have any radiation testing data for the TLV3702 family, so we do not have any data to report.

    Because of the extreme cost of radiation testing (>$50k), I really doubt we will perform the test for one request.

    The only dual comparator that is radiation tested is the LM139-SP or LM193QML-SP.

    If a CMOS input is required, the only space rated CMOS input comparator is the quad TLV1704-SEP.
