I am searching for an op-amp with the specifications mentioned below,
slew rate >= 30v per micro second
output current >= 100mA(at least it should be greater than 40mA)
Gain bandwidth product >= 4.5MHz
offset voltage <= 1mV
Supply voltage, (V+) – (V–) = 40V (V+ = +35V, V-=-5V or V+=40V, V-=0V)
Package : 8 pin SOIC
if it is available let me know,
Thank you
The OPA992 can reach 40 mA only with a headroom of more than 1 V to the rails.
The OPA2613 goes only up to 12 V.
The OPA552 is decompensated and has lower slew rate.
Hi Nandha,
How critical is the 40 V supply? If this can go down to 36 V max., we have many more options.
Regards,
Mike
Hi Michael,
can you suggest me some op-amps with 36 V range?
Thank you,
Nandha Kumar
Hi Clemens,
Thank you for the suggestion, I have gone through that op-amps, in that OPA2992IDR is satisfying my requirements but now it is out of stock in distributor side so i need to know whether can we use POPA2992IDR instead of OPA2992IDR?
With regards,
Nandha kumar
Yes. The "P" prefix indicates a preview device; it is meant to be used as long as the 'real' OPA2992 is not yet being manufactured.
Hi Nandha,
The "P" in front of devices only represents sample material, there is typically no difference between "P" devices and normal devices, but, the "P" should not be used for production.
We can't address stock/supply questions on the E2E forum, please contact your local sales representative for this.
Best Regards,
Mike
