could you confirm that the following part number:
- LM124AWG/883
- LM136AH-2.5/883
- LM117HVH/883
- LM139AWG/883
are screened as per flow indicated in pag. 7 of the pdf https://www.ti.com/lit/an/sboa141a/sboa141a.pdf ?
In detail, if I well understand:
- temperature cycle
- constant acceleration and
- Electrical test at low temperature
will be not performed, is it correct?
Concerning the burn-in, the indication is “not performed or duration reduced”
Could you please let me know if a reduced burn-in is performed and its boundary conditions?
