OPA4376: spec difference: OPA4376 vs OPA4376-Q1

Hi Team,

Customer pointed out the difference in our datasheet as below, I want to double check if

1) Channel separation difference is typo or real?

2) I thought Q1 device same as non-Q1 in die itself, if my understanding is correct, then how bias current be so different?

Hi Andrew,

I cannot find the weird looking left curve in the latest datasheets of OPA4376 and OPA4376-Q1. Are you sure that you have the latest datasheets?

Hi Kai,

Thanks for remind, you are right, the graph seems not latest one, I just double checked, customer gave me an old one probably.

For channel separation spec, I guess it's a typo, need verify from TI BU side, thank you!

Andrew,

Yes, the channel separation spec of 0.5mV/V is a typo. You may confirm this in the graph in Fig 20 showing 126dB (0.5uV/V) - see below.
