Part Number: INA381-Q1

Hello,

I received INA381A2QDGSRQ1 marked as 22P7 but the datasheet only shows 22P6 as the identifying markings. Are these parts incorrect or is 22P7 another valid marking?

My initial resource at https://www.ti.com/packaging/docs/partlookup.tsp#divline states that is an invalid number. Do you have a lot number or any other information about this? The more information you can share the better. I will double check other resources as well.

Hello,

These parts were shipped from TI to Digi-Key in June of 2020 under TI Invoice# 5449547680 (DK PO# 2973521).

I have as much detail as you need, just let me know specifically what you're looking for.

Kyle,

I found out this device is valid. These were built when the top marking was not finalized. All future built devices will have the 22P6 markings.
