Hi Team,

Datasheet What does each line (color) in Figures 3 and 4 stand for?

This op amps has a small transition region from (V+) - 1.2 V to (V+) - 1 V.

In this region, the offset voltage appears to change by up to 2 mV (brown line in Figure 4), how much should this temperature characteristic be seen?

Should I use Offset Voltage Drift (typical +/- 0.5uV/C)?

These are just measurements of several chips.

The offset voltage for midlle-to-low voltages, the offset voltage for high voltages, and the offset voltage drift are three independent error sources. As shown in figures 2 and 3, the offset voltage drift is random.

Thanks for the reply.. Understood about error sources.

Let me ask one more question.

In the electrical characteristics table, the maximum input offset voltage is +/-1.5mV. (Vs=5V)

In figure 4 it appears to be above -1.5mV at input voltage 2V. What is the difference?

The offset voltage is specified for V_OUT = V_S / 2, which corresponds to 0 V in figure 4.

If you want the smallest offset voltage, stay below (V+) – 1.4 V.

Dear Clemens,

Indeed, the electrical characteristics table (chapter 7.7) was conditioned on Vcm=Vs/2.
