Hello, please advise ESD HBM class of TL441CNSR.

    Hello Maria,

    It is highly unlikely that we have ESD information for the TL441CNSR as it is a very old legacy product. Much of the original information about the product has not been saved over the years. The on-line datasheet is the only information we have available in Applications. Nonetheless, I'll check with our Quality department and see if they have anything on file. If they find anything, I'll post it.

    Hi Maria,

    you can easily ESD harden your design, even if no ESD data is given for the TL441. This worked for decades in the "pre-ESD era". Can you show a schematic of your circuit?
