We are Using PGA309EVM-USB DAQ Platform, when we connect to the PGA309 IC ( inside a product that our manufacturing ).

When we are using them in PGA309EVM-USB Some components are Burnt.

Especially U1,U13 and U39.we don’t know what is going on. We do not seem to be doing anything wrong with the jumpers!!!

please help to fix the issue

Hello Devadas,

In this case, the USB-DAQ Platform controller is not used with the standard PGA309EVM-USB evaluation kit as sold, but connected to a custom load cell sensor module setup for testing purposes of a custom board.

Since we already have an on-going email thread which we replied yesterday, to avoid multiple threads, we will continue to assist you via direct email to help debug the issue with the custom setup.
