My customer has a use case where the input pins may see a voltage on the input pins (<7V) when VCC is disabled. The absolute max table seems to indicate that this condition may not cause damage, however it would violate the recommended operating condition for IN+/-. Is this use case okay?

Hello Matthew,
Thank you for your question and you are correct. The TLV7034-Q1 will remain undamaged with 7V on the input pins and 0V on VCC.
The TLV7034-Q1 has fault tolerant inputs so it is in a high-Z state during power up and VCC = 0V.
