As far as I know, TLV2474AQDRG4Q1 and TLV2474QDRG4Q1 have the same electric/mechanic specification except for Max. input offset voltage.

However, I've recently found that they have different X-ray vision as below.
TLV2474AQDRG4Q1 (Date code : 2002)

TLV2474QDRG4Q1(Date code : 1131)

Could you check whether TLV2474AQDRG4Q1 has different X-ray vision against TLV2474QDRG4Q1 ? or There was PCN since 2011?

different assembly sites can use different patterns. This is normal.

But why is this of importance for you?

Thanks for the reply. I need to convince my quality team that two parts are compatible. However, my quality team keeps asking me why two parts have a different X-ray vision. Do you mean TLV2474x-Q1 can have different pattern regardless TLV2474AQDRG4Q1 or TLV2474QDRG4Q1?

Yes, TLV2474x-Q1 can have different pattern regardless TLV2474AQDRG4Q1 or TLV2474QDRG4Q1

For any op amp, the lead frame can vary. Check the reel label for the county of origin. Even in same country, lead frame may vary.

I can't find both both build instruction to verify that they are different, but it is common.
