AMC1350: questions to understand AMC1350

Hi team,

Custome has some questions about AMC1350. Could you support this?

1. They are trying to use AMC1350 instead of AMC1351, though the input signal is DC 0~5V and almos DC signal. This is because the lead time of AMC1351 is longer than AMC1350. Could you tell any concerns when they use AMC1350 for DC siganl inputs?

2. Could you tell why +/-5V can be applied to AMC1350, though the power supply is 5V?

3. Could you tell the mechanism that the single-end input would be converted to differential output in this device?

4. Could you tell how the 100k~150kV/us common-mode transient would affect the AMC1350 output? The CMTI is 100kV/us(min), but not sure how it would affect the device. 

3. In Figure 8-3 of the datasheet, TLV6001 is used. When VDD2 of AMC1350 is 5V, is it OK that the power supply of TLV6001 is also 5V?

4. In figure 8-3, could you tell how to decide the R1/2/3/4 and C1/2?
