INA213: Die is the same or not.

Hi All,

I have a question about INA213x.

Are INA213A, INA213B and INA213C Die the same?
Are A and B sorted by testing to separate products?

Hi Ishiwata,

These three are made with different die. However the difference has to do with ESD protection only, and functional circuitry are identical.

The difference in ESD is reflected in the datasheet. For example in the “Absolute Maximum Ratings” table, and below excerpt:
