Good Day. According to INA159 product file, the INA592 is same functionality with different pin-out to the compared device. But according to our customer, INA592 is not functional replacement for INA159. Can you help to confirm if INA592 is best alternative to INA159? Thank you very much.

The answer depends on what your customer considers "functional replacement." Their bandwidth and IQ are very similar and the only difference between pinout of INA592 and INA159 in VSSOP-8 package is REF2 vs NC (see below). But if they connect REF (pin 1) of INA592 to REF of ADS, INA592 will work exactly the same as INA159 - this is other than their gains are different: G=1/2 (INA592) vs G=1/5 (INA159).
One may consider few other options like INA137 BUT they all come in different packages than VSSOP-8 - see below.
