TLV9054: Alternative opamp

Part Number: TLV9054
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TLV9064,

Hi Team,

Our customer is looking for an alternative opamp to TLV9054IPWR. According to our customer, the ideal offset voltage is approx 80uV and has no phase reversal.

On the datasheet, it does not mention anything about phase reversal, hence, he is asking for suggestions for an alternative component to that. I have checked some devices such as TLV9064 bu can't find any information

about phase reversal. Can you please suggest a device that would fit his requirements?

Regards,

Danilo

  • Hi Danilo,

To confirm, is the requirement that the max offset voltage needs to be around 80uV? Both the TLV9054 and TLV9064 max offset voltage is 1.6mV. If the customer needs the offset voltage to be that low, they would need to use a precision op amp part to meet that specification.

Are there other spec requirements that the customer can elaborate on so we can help narrow down a recommendation? (i.e. supply voltage, rail-to-rail needed, Iq, etc)

Please let me know if you have any questions.
    Thank you!

    Best Regards,
    Ashley

  • Hi Danilo,

Has this issue been resolved? I will mark the last response as "TI Thinks Resolved" but please let us know if you have further questions so we can help to resolve.

    Thank you!

  • Figure 7-18 in the TLV9054 datasheet and figure 25 in the TLV9064 datasheet show that these devices do not suffer from phase reversal.

In the general case, opamps with rail-to-rail inputs do not have phase reversal.
