TLV9351: OP-AMP Missing-GND rail protection

Removing GND violates the absolute maximum ratings.

In general, you should design the system so that ground is removed last. If you need to remove signals, use an opamp with shutdown function, e.g., TLV9151 or OPA991.

Why is it necessary (or possible) to remove the ground?

Thanks for your answer, because the place that connects to the power supply I showed is actually the connector.

An important consideration is how the output will behave if we lose ground connection "physically". In terms of safety, we also need to evaluate this possibility. OPA991 looks good. However, it is written here that the shutdown pin must be in high state to activate.
Our case is the floating state. Will it show high impedance in the floating state and stop the opamp from working?

Hey Kai! we dont have  acces to loads ground, that will be load that the customer connects with the connector.

The load depends on the impedance of the system that the users will use. This is a typical loss of ground situation, often used in the automotive industry.I found about high side smart mosfets solution but ı have no enough area on my pcb  for smart fet placement .

You could add a BAT54S Schottky protection diode from the ground pin of OPAmp to the output pin of OPAmp. This would shunt the base current internally flowing from the ground pin of OPAmp to the base of transistor (through the internal protection diode) arround the OPAmp. The BAT54s will sit in parallel to the internal protection diode of OPAmp then but will carry most of the current because of the lower forward voltage drop of Schottky diode.

This should minimize the unwanted heating.

I meant to the output pin of OPAmp not to the output of circuit.
