Our customers are looking for a fast FDA that can be used under the following conditions.
Can I use the LMH5401 as a candidate?
It looks difficult because the small signal response is 6Ghz.
Power supply voltage = 5.0Vpp (supplied from LDO)
Input signal amplitude = 600mVpp (fixed value)
Output signal amplitude = 1200mVpp~2000mVpp (to be adjusted during evaluation)
Gain=6dB~10.4dB (Value converted to GAIN of output signal amplitude)
Input/output frequency 4GHz
Please let me know if there are other good products.

If you are looking for a constant gain, LMH5401 has 800MHz bandwidth for 0.1dB gain flatness. At 4GHz gain can vary by 3dB. So If you want fixed peak-peak output from 600 mVpp input, it is difficult to achieve. If you are okay with output ranging between 1200mVpp to 2000mVpp, then you can choose a gain around 9dB in your design.
I have attached Tina reference design, you can tweak input Freq and gain.
