The below is the schematic diagram, the VDD=48VDC, this design is used for the check if VDD is more than 52.5V, and TLV3491 is output the high to the MOSFET(Infineon IRLS4030) when VDD more than 52.5VDC;
The 5VDC and 2.5VDC are the divider voltage when VDD=48VDC power on;
There are the pulse when the 5VDC to 2VDC( Like the wareform rad corves), and this is continue about more than 10mS, and this maybe breakdown the MOSFET because the MOSFET Vgs(th) is 1.0V-2.5V;
