May I know what is the max current in pin5 and pin4?

We would like to know how much will TLV1701AIDRLT can consume from +PW_VCC3V3_LDO?

    Hi Ellen,

    a TINA-TI simulation can help to find the answer:

    ellen_tlv1701.TSC

    Keep in mind that the toggling rate has an enormeous influence on the average current consumption. The more togglings per second, the more current spikes per second and the thigher the average supply current.

    What is your toggling rate?

    Hi Ellen,

    Thanks for your use of the forum. Max supply current is 75uA at room temp and 100 uA over temp and the current through the pull up resistor would be about 3.3V/10k = 330uA. Typical output leakage current is 70nA but should be less than 1 uA across temp and supplies.
