Integrated current Amplifier with latched output Comparator

A slew rate of 30V/µs is rather high for a current sense amplifier. Have you thought about separating the comparator from the amplifier and to use separate chips?

Input swing is 33.5V and gain is 5 ; that makes a 168V output swing. Is this correct?

What is the supply voltage?

I am looking for input voltage of 5V and gain less than 5. With slew rate 10V/uS to 15V/uS. Automotive qualified part. SMD part.

With below mentioned specification:

Input Voltage= 5V

Slew rate of op-Amp=10 to 15V/uS

Gain less then 5

I'm not aware of any high speed op amp and comparator in same package.

the only OPAmp / comparator combination I know is the LM392-N. But this is only a low speed OPAmp (1MHz) and a low speed comparator (1.3µs). Implementing a much faster OPAmp and a much faster comparator on the same die would not make much sense because of unwanted cross coupling effects between both parts at high frequencies. One would need to spend the OPAmp and comparator individual supply voltage bond wires and package pins to allow individual and seperate power supply decoupling caps and to prevent a cross coupling across the common ground bond wire. Then it is way simpler and makes much more sense to use an OPAmp and a comparator in individual and seperate packages.

It's a bit like using the CD4046: In sensitive circuits you take two seperate CD4046 and use the phase comparator of the one and the VCO of the other
