Hi Jay,

We do not currently have a PSPICE model for the AMC2xC12 device, we do however have a TINA-TI model: https://www.ti.com/lit/tsc/sbam478

I'll check on the possibility of producing a PSPICE model for the AMC2xC12.

In the mean time, do you mind sharing some information about your application?
