ACF2101: Regards to the usage of acf2101 ic

Part Number: ACF2101

How to know the square wave signal(in 1pA value) is now come from current source, based on that arm controller can close the hold switch for integration operation on ACF2101.

  • Hi Gowthan,

1pA input current is very low for a current measurement application. The typical input bias current for the ACF2101 is 0.1pA, and the maximum value at room temperature could be as high as 1pA which is equivalent to your input signal. Keep in mind that this is specified for 25°C, and the bias current will double for every 10°C above 25°C.

Page 9 of the ACF2101 datasheet details the modes of operation and switch configurations for the integrate, hold, and reset functions.

    Regards,

    Zach
