ACF2101: Regards to Internal Capacitor

Part Number: ACF2101

What is the Total Charge Capacity of the 100pF internal Capacitor and its Max. Capacitor Voltage.

  • Hi,

with the left terminal being connected to the -input of OPAmp and sitting on virtual ground and the with the right terminal being connected to the output of ACF2101 being able to emit -13.5V typically with the recommended negative supply voltage of -15V, 13.5V would sit across this internal capacitor.

Does this answer your question? Why are you asking?

  • Hi Gowtham,

What is the Total Charge Capacity of the 100pF internal Capacitor and its Max. Capacitor Voltage.

Kai provided you with an explanation about the integrator capacitor's voltage that it may see at -15Vdc supply rail. Enclosed is the absolute maximum ratings that the ACF2101 is able to withstand, which it includes that the integrator capacitor's voltage ratings (likely minimum) that ACF2101 is able to withstand without dielectric breakdown, insulation punctuation/arcing or destruction.
