Can you please provide p a) Minimum. b) nominal(typical), c) Maximum values of output saturation voltage curves with respect to output sink current (Io) over the temperature range. Datasheet provides output voltage saturation curves for typical values only. And Max. value for one Io=4mA. For the following part numbers: LM2901DR, LM2901DRG4, LM2901DRG3, LM2901DRE4.

    Hi Chris,

    Thanks for your use of the forum.  Yes, our curves are for typical values only. However, for estimating min and max, you can add 15% for lot variance and do linear extrapolation below the current limit. What you can do is extrapolate by taking the maximum @ 4mA and then estimating what the VOL would at at some other IOL value. However, we cannot warranty this extrapolation but only the values at the 4 mA output current.
