The Spice model by TI has only 15 pins.
However, the actual part (INA125U) has 16 pins. Does anybody have a good SPICE Model.
Here is another question:
The INA125 has an embedder Voltage reference for a Wheatstone bridge excitation.
However, the Datasheet of INA125 doesn't provide the number for the maximum output current for the Reference Amplifier (Pin #4).
Does anybody know what current the Ref Amp. can provide to the bridge?
Hey Igor,
The model appears to be correct and it just doesn't simulate the sleep pin (pin 2). This was the only missing feature I can see. Regarding the output current of the reference amplifier, it will not be able to source or sink more than the output stage amplifier which is specified with a short circuit current of -9/+12 mA at room temperature. We don't have short circuit data for the reference amplifier so I am using the output data as a point of reference. The reference amplifier specification in the datasheet shows a test for accuracy from 0 to 5 mA. Beyond 5 mA I would expect the accuracy of the voltage reference to decrease similar to how the output voltage starts to decrease with increased output current shown below. How much current does your application require from the reference pin? If possible based on the available data I would recommend to keep the current between the 0-5 mA window.
I hope this helps. Let me know if I can be of further assistance.

Hey Igor,
I forgot to mention that we have a suggestion in the datasheet to boost the current from the reference pin as shown below if you need more than 5 mA. Let me know if I can help further.
