VCA824: Thermal information

Hi,

I would like to ask you about "Thermal resistance" of VCA824ID(SO-14).

According to the datasheet 4page( would like to ask7.4 Thermal information), ΘJA=90.3 ℃/W.

But there describes "80℃/W" to calculate the Tj at the datasheet page 31.

Will you tell me how to calculate "80℃/W" ?

Hi Takumi,

I was able to look into the confusion with the number used on page 31 and it appears to be a typo. The value that should be referenced for the calculation can be found under the thermal information section of the datasheet in page 4 like you mentioned.
