THS4531: Not working as expected

Hi,

We are using THS4531 as a differential output amplifier. The circuit is as shown below. In LT Spice simulation, the output is as expected but in our actual board the V+output is always high and V-output is always low. Please let us know what could be the reasons for this output. We verified the PCB to make sure the connections are right. Our input to the diff amplifier is from a Magnetoresistive sensor TAS2143AAA.
