TLV4171: an AC signal superimposed on the output

Hi Team,

Customer meet a problem when using our TLV4171, do you have experience about it? Thanks in advance.

Background: NTC sampling, when power board starts to work, there is an AC signal superimposed on DC signal, about 75kHz, power board switching frequency is 30kHz.

Yellow wave is input, blue is output.
