Could you tell me the thickness of Au in case the terminal finish is NiPdAu or NiAu or Au.
The frame leads' Au thickness in NiPdAu finish is approx. between 30 to 150 Angstrom. Since these coatings are deposited via electroplating technique, the coating thickness is not precisely controlled. I can only specify the thickness in ranges.
