What are the requirements (shunt resistor, voltage drop, accuracy, bandwidth)?

(In general, an integrated device like the INA180 gives better results at lower cost.)

If you check the snapshot I have shared earlier, the impedances on inverting and non inverting sides are matching.

We have used 1k resistors. The feedback resistor is 8.2k

A difference amplifier has four resistors:

Sometimes, R4 is replaced with multiple resistors to get the average of multiple external reference voltages. But I do not understand why you have additional resistors at the inverting inputs (R7, R12).

Resistors R7 and R12 are used like to boost the input voltage, to keep in the range of Volts. This is because the drop across the current sense resistors are in the range of millivolts.

Also, can you tell that is there any circuit configuration for differential amplifier as shown in the snapshot I shared? If not can you tell me what configuration is it. The application is current sense only.

This appears to be a strange inverting amplifier. It certainly is not independent from the common-mode voltage (which would be a goal for a difference amplifier).

The easiest way to get the range of output voltages would be to simulate this circuit. (Please note that RS1/RS2 are part of this circuit and affect the output.)
