Regarding OPA2863AIDSNR (USON package), could you tell me the recommended land pattern, its dimensions and the dimensions of the Thermal pad?

    The information for the dimensions of the thermal pad have not been added to the OPA2863A datasheet however if you look on page 29 of the datasheet linked below, you will find the information you are looking for as these devices share the same package. The datasheet can be found here.
