customer has done some simulations with OPAx376 and TLVx376 in LTspice.
They noticed that the output does not go below 10mV for both devices.
Would you know what might be the root cause for this?
Is e-trim not implemented in the simulations?

The output voltage will not be able to reach the rails, depending on the output current.
But please show the actual schematic/simulation.
I am not sure why customer thinks that the OPA376 and TLV376 output swing extends to 3mV to its rail instead of 10mV specified in datasheet - see below.
Thus, the simulation shows correct OPA376 typical output voltage swing of around 10mV - see below.

If your customer output needs to reach ground, they could bias the negative rail with a negative charge pump, LM7705.
For low frequency application, they may also use a pull-down resistor to reach system ground - see below.
An alternative could be to use OPA340, which output may swing within 1mV to the rail but its max Vos is higher - see below.
