What would be the output of TLV1704 if there is no supply voltage to device.

When the power is off, the output transistor is off, i.e., the output has high impedance. A pull-up resistor would make the output high.

I tried to simulate situation when TLV1701 has zero supply voltage. I used Pspice for TI.

Result is that the output voltage drops to zero.

Is this the true behavior of TLV1701, or just a problem with simulator.

Hello Avinoam,

Vcc=0V is not a valid operating condition. The model is confused.

The output will be "high", as Clemens suggested, as there is no voltage to turn on the output transistor.

I cannot get into details, but there will be some current (~100nA) between the output and the supply that is not shown in the schematic due to ESD protection.
