Good day, Customer wants a TLE2037a-Q1 pin to pin device within 1Mhz. Could you please give a recommandation. Thank you.

  • The closest automotive part would be TLV197-Q1 (GBW of 10MHz) - similar in bandwidth to TLE2027-Q1.

    The x197-Q1 series is the most similar in terms of BW and specs to the TLE2037A-Q1 with TLV197-Q1 as a cost effective option, OPA197-Q1 as an in between, and OPA192-Q1 as a high precision option. 

    However, these devices are not P2P. SOIC is less common in automotive HV and we offer only one other device in a single package TLE2141-Q1, which has very different specs. 

    If the customer is willing, OPA1612-Q1 (A dual channel device) is Q-100, SOIC-8, and features a high bandwidth making it the most similar option in our portfolio. Please note these devices have the same footprint [SOIC (D) 8 |  (29.4 mm² 4.9 x 6)] but not the same pinout.
