Hi,

We are designing an ac current leakage detection circuit in reference to the below circuit

We found a reference where LM7322 was used for an automotive product.

We are looking for a very low cost alternative since ours is a commercial product and also we will have very low capacitive load at the output (LM7322 supports high capacitive load)

    Akash,

    What is the supply voltage? If you have a choice, up to 5V provides the most options.

    Accuracy isn't good with LM7322, 6mV Vos, most replacements will be better. 

    How about speed, response time?  This is half wave, so I expect that not critical.

    Right now, I suggest LMV358A or LM2904B (If supply is greater than 5V)

    The supply voltage to the circuit will be 5V.

    We are planning to detect earth leakage in AC supply using ZCT (current transformer). the response can be in a few milliseconds.

    We are planning to drive a mosfet, so we don't need high capacitive load capability.

    Akash,

    Then LMV358A is my suggestion. The output is a comparator stage, so capacitive drive is not a factor. A MOSFET gate can be capacitive.
