Q1. If we first input 1.36 Volts to IN+ and then input 2.2 Volts to Vcc, does it damage IC or internal circuit?

Please advise and evaluate the risk to us, thank you.

Hi Shawn,

Thanks for reaching out. The inputs of TLV7011 are fault tolerant up to 5.5V independent of supply, so no damage will occur. This is mentioned in the datasheet section 7.4.1. Since this device has POR, the output will be held LOW until the VCC reaches the minimum operating supply voltage.
