Technically, you cannot use any TI EVM as part of your product: Look at the DIP-Adaptor-users-guide section 1.1. Sorry for the difficulty.

There are many DIP adapter boards available commercially from Aries, eBay, Amazon, SparkFun and Adafruit.

A quick internet search of, for example, "DIP adapter sot-23", gives many options.

...and they are cheaper :^)
