LM319-N: Alternative part of LM319 with higher temperature range

Hi team,

Do we have higher temperature option over LM319 with -40-125°C？ This is because of the output is referred to GND which is required from customer side. Do we have any other options for this requirement? TSSOP package is required. Looking forward to your reply!

    The LM119QML/LM119 is the same device with a military rating.

    The LM211/LM111 is a different comparator with a separate output ground.

    None of these devices has a TSSOP package.

    Hello Zoe,

    As Clemens showed, there are just the Military versions available of the LM319 that extend the temp range, and in large packages.

    The die is too big to put in a TSSOP.

    The similar output single channel LM211 is available in commercial, Q1 and EP.
