INA819: OPA2333AMDREP & INA819ID Amplifier Parameters

For the OPA2333AMDREP and INA819ID amplifiers I am looking for the following parameters:

- Max operating frequency (Hz)
- Output (Surge)
- Voltage, Reverse Junction (Signal)
- Voltage, Reverse Junction (Surge)
- Continuous Current (mA)

    Hi Richard,

    These parameters don't really apply to amplifiers, the terminology is not the same as what we would have used to describe amplifier performance.  My understanding of the language used to describe the parameters above means that it could be different depending on how it is configured.  

    Do you have an example with an existing amplifier?  We could use that to interpret exactly what you are looking for when compared to an existing amp.

    The frequency depends on the gain (this is why it's specified as the GBW, gain-bandwidth product). See, e.g., figure 7-21 in the INA819 datasheet:

    The other four parameters should be covered by the absolute maximum ratings. If you care about them, then I suspect that the ratings are not enough and that you need external protection components.
