One question about HBM. in the d/s it says it's +/-500V for non-B version. Does this device have related ESD rating for IEC61000 ESD/EFT?

    Hello Brian,

    As noted in the table, we test to JEDEC JS-001 and 002 for the commercial devices.

    We do not do any further IEC EMI/Immunity testing. These devices are considered building blocks and are part of an entire system that is certified by the end customer - they are not certified stand-alone.
