LM124: LM124MD8 - Chip Layout

Part Number: LM124

I have two different Chip Layouts for the LM124 MD8 - BARE DIE.

When comparing the two chip layouts, you can see, that the two pads which stand alone on one side ( yellow marked) are very close in layout 1 and in layout 2 they are more apart.

Please check and confirm which layout would be delivered by Arrow.

Layout 1 is the current version we get delivered from a supplier

Layout 2 is from the TI datasheet which Arrow sent

Layout 1 is an old datasheet from National Semiconductor, but it is the current version linked from the LM124AQML product page ("Die D/S").

Layout 2 is the current version of the LM124-SP datasheet, but note that "LM124 MD8" is an orderable part number of the LM124AQML, which is not the same as the LM124-SP. Are you really sure that Arrow associates this datasheet with the LM124 MD8 (that would be an error) instead of the 5962-9950403V9B?

Hi Yvonne,

As Clemens mentions, the LM124 MD8 belongs to the LM124AQML-SP product family, not the LM124-SP. Please reference the document on the product page for the die diagram.
