THS4304: SiGe BiCMOS op amps

Part Number: THS4304
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: OPA211, OPA827,

Is there a list of all the opamps that use the SiGe CMOS process? The THS4304 is one, the OPA211 and OPA827 are others. I'm hoping to get a complete list of all options so I don't have to search all the datahsheets. Also sometimes the datasheet doesn't mention the process.

Thanks,

Nick Rizzo

  • Hello Nick,

Generally TI process technologies are not disclosed or described publicly.  Several older devices did highlight process technology for marketing and visibility.  For newer devices, it is recommended to share design needs and key specifications to allow TI to recommend ICs for a project.

What drives the interest in SiGe CMOS devices?  Does your project required a certain level of performance of a spec or parameter?  I can help find and support an IC for the design if we can discuss needs.

In general we have parts with bipolar and CMOS technologies, as well as devices with different architectures, such as voltage-feedback and current-feedback op-amps.

    Best,

Would it be possible to speak over the phone or direct via email?
