Other Parts Discussed in Thread: OPA4277,
Hello,
Currently my team and I are looking into the OPA4277, the die package in particular. I noticed that there is no description of the actual die size in the datasheet. There are however coordinates for the bond pads of the die and these numbers suggest that the die is upwards of 230mil long. On the other hand, I have conflicting information with SMD datasheet that says the die size is 85mil x 28mil. Would the engineering team perhaps be able to clarify the actual size of the die as it is critical to design. Thanks
