LMC6034: The relationship between lot code and date code?

Hi TI team,

For TI PN LMC6034IMX/NOPB, there is 10 characters(eg. 5452553ZFM, QA lot number+manufacturing site) of lot code marking, would you support sharing the naming rule for each character? and please advise what is the correlation between date code and lot code? are the date code and lot code related? What is the order of occurrence of the two? Is the date code first, then the lot code? Does one date code contain several lot codes? thanks.

    Hello,

    The forum is for technical questions, we don't have many details about date/lot codes.  To my knowledge the date codes and lot codes are not related.  Are you talking about the device marking?  Why did you post a photo from a different device?

    Yes, I want to know any relationship between date code and lot code? Is the date code first, then has the lot code? does one date code contain several different lot codes? the attached label photo is just an example that highlighted the date code and lot code, thank you.

    The date code and lot code definitions are proprietary information. I do not even know what it is unless I find the proper definition description in the product. These are not the information we provide to our customers due to counterfeit concerns.
