THS2630: Need updated SPICE model

Part Number: THS2630
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: THS4131,

Tool/software:

Hello,

I am using LTSPICE to evaluate the noise performance of the THS4131 vs. the THS2630. To verify the SPICE models for the parts I configure them for a gain of x1, in a balanced, differential configuration, with 402 Ohm source and feedback resistors all around. I measure a differential output noise (+OUT minus -OUT) of 117 nV/rtHz at 10 Hz and 13.2 nV/rtHz at 1 kHz. This is much larger than expected, and, suspiciously, exactly the same for both parts. (In particular, the 1/f knee for the THS2630 should be at a much lower frequency than that of the THS4131, per their datasheets).

Headers for the two SPICE models are given here:

* THS4131 SUBCIRCUIT
* FULLY DIFFERENTIAL HIGH SPEED MONLITHIC OPERATIONAL AMPLIFIER
* WRITTEN 9/18/00

and,

* THS2630 - Rev. A

I would greatly appreciate an updated SPICE model for the THS2630!

Thank you for your help,

John
