LMH5401: How to design LMH5401 as a single-END to single-END amplifier

Tool/software:

Dear TI teams,

We have a input single-ended signal with Vcm=0.4V, Vpp=0.5V,

and we want to use LMH5401 to amplify the signal to a single-ended signal with Vcm=0.55V, Vpp=0.5V.

How should we design it?

Please show us in schematic diagram
