  • 根据文档的设计,设计了一个利用PT1000测温度的电路,原理上基本是一样的。就是pt1000随着温度的升高组织变大,NTC随着温度升高,阻止变小。但是在测试的时候VOUT不等于压差乘以倍数,且整数段AD值的间隔差异过大。利用TINA仿真出来更不对了,把文档的图放上,也和查表数据不对应。这是为什么呢?

    What is the resistance of your RTD at room temperature?

    The TINA simulation is not working for you because the resistance of your RTD is too high for the circuit configuration. 

    We designed this circuit to work with an NTC which ranges from the following parameters:

    Please try running the simulation with R(NTC) = 1.37kohm. This should give you Vout = 1.65V if all is working in your simulation.

    We can likely rework the circuit design to work with your RTD ranges. I just need to know what the minimum and maximum resistance values are for your RTD, and the output voltage you want them to correlate with.

  • RTD的最大阻值为2.12k,最小阻值为1k。 VOUT现在没有一个标准答案,在0.05-3.25范围内,且成线性。 比如0度-100度对应1K-1.385K,100度-200度对应1.385K-1.758K,200度-300度对应1.758K-2.12K,输出电压差值在0.6V以上。

    We can design this to work from 1k to 2.12k and scale the output to be 0.05 to 3.25V
