OPA659 Spice Model in Multisim

Hi!

I have a problem importing the OPA659 spice model into the Multisim part library. When I start a simulation using this part I get the error message "not enough operands for mathematical operator '*'. Expected 2, found only 1."

Do I make something wrong or is there a problem with the spice model?

I am using Multisim 11.0.2

Hi!

Found the reason already:There seems to be one '*'which shouldn't be there in the row "FEF1 Vcc+ 46 VCONT 3.35*"... Removed it and everything seems to work properly now...

Hi!

The problem was inside the spice file, downloaded from the TI website. It wasn't a Multisim problem...

However it is fixed. If some TI employee will read this he can consider to fix the spice file on the TI website...

I don't doubt that there could be an error in a SPICE file but it is common to have different syntax in various simulators. Contacting the simulator vendor is the best way of resolving those types of problems.
